The seniors were swimming for the Tom Spillane cup, which is kindly sponsored by the Hudson family. It was a short swim of 800 meters but the water was cold and choppy for half the course, making it tough enough, Liz Clarke put in a great swim to take first place, with Cian Molloy in second,Donal McGuire third and Jane O’Neill in fourth place. Colm Colohan had the fastest overall time while Mary Burbage was fastest for the ladies.
